no, you are probably just really really tired. i get like that when i am sleep deprived. Or maybe you are high or drunk or something, that could be it, or just it was just something you saw out of the corner of your eye that wasn't really there ya know? i don't really know, if you think you are crazy then i would definetly suggest that you get yourself checked out. but otherwise, it's probably not that big o' a deal
