Last saturday, a guy (who I like) from a neighboring rescue squad gave me his number. He told me to call him so that we can go out. Now I said something about moving...but I never called him this week. I get totally moved into my place on wednesday. I am still very interested in going out...so do you think it would still be ok if I call him on wednesday or thursday..and just explain again about my moving?

No need to explain. You might mention about you having to move and that's why it took a while to get back to him, but keep it simple so you don't feel like you're "explaining" yourself. It might come across as you being insecure and making excuses. It's better late than never to call. It doesn't sound too late though, and I'm pretty sure he'll be glad you called. :)

Dont explain anything just give him a call and if he is still interested then all should be fine. To be on a rescue squad he has to be intelligent on some level and I'm sure he can figure out that you have a life. Hope it works out for ya!!

I agree that you dont explain anything just call him back. If you call back to soon then it shows that you have no life and are waiting by the phone for the chance to call. I think making him wait shows that you are a busy person and it is an early sign to him that he cant have the upper hand over your time. oh wait thats to much for the moment but yea call

Yes, call him.. Tell him to come over and see your new apartment. then when he comes over, meet him at the door wearing nothing but a rescue harness and a f u k me sign on your forehead. Hope all works out.

Yes. Definitely. I would normally say to (almost) never call guys, but in this situation, it's different. Guys like to chase and if we women call them too much, they are turned off. But if he gave you his number and asked you to call him, then you should. Otherwise, he doesn't know how to get in touch with you.

Yes of course if he is an understanding guy he wont mind just make sure he's not married .Rescue guys attract women.

obviously if u are interested in going out with him then u should CALL HIM RIGHT AWAY i mean u can always explain your circumstances and if he is also real intereted then he wont mind howeer late u called up atlest u called that would be his view

Call if you want, but it's none of his business about your moving. He'll be lucky you even bothered to call. Maybe he should be the one who called you, that lazy guy. I wonder if he wants other girls to call him too. Chill girl!

Of course you can still call him. When he gave you his number, you were under no obligation to use it within a certain timeframe.
