okay, I'm sick of being considered a "goody 2 shoes!" how can i throw this rep, (i want to for 3 reasons, for me (cause i hate the title, for my friends cause i'm sick of being the inocent one, and for the guy i like cause he thinks of me as a nun!) anyway, how can i get rid of the title w/out doing something drastic??

Well you probably wouldn't have to do anything really drastic,but you might think about being more adventuresome about some of the stuff you do and the risks you take around friends.My sister had this rep for a while,she said she was square though.(which is very true)They don't call her goody two shoes anymore.
Just be careful cause being called a goody 2 shoes isn't one of the worst reps to have if you know what i mean.
-Okay well you just have to do somehting to get a new title so they'll forget about the old one.Start by doing stuff different ,maybe clothes or makeup.Doesn't have to be revealing just something thats different,that'll make a splash.Oh and that guy you like,flirt with him....Outrageously if you want too.He'll stop thinking of you as a nun pretty quickly.You just have to have balance about it.Okay well hope i helped.

I'm considered a prude sometimes, but I just tell 'em I have morals, and a lot of people don't have any these days. Relax a little, maybe change the wardrobe a little, but don't change for anybody to the point where you change your ideals/beliefs/character - some guys like the whole "I'm so innocent" thing. Make the whole innocence thing a joke, laugh at yourself. It's frustrating, I know. And if they say perverted jokes around you and you don't "get" them, pretend you do. I dunno, I had a tough time shedding the whole rep, but my friends realize that the goody 2 shoes was only how people saw me, and that wasn't who I really was at all. Have fun with it, but don't do something too impulsive.

Don't do something just to get rid of that stigma! Why should you do something that you may not feel comfortable with doing? Let that guy think that way- it shows that he's immature. You could tell yr friends that I (meaning you) would rather be a live goody-two-shoes than a sick-exciting-duck! And maybe you should find more sympathic friends.

Some people are the butt of jokes of other inconsiderate people. Just do your best to ignore them. Try to mix with people who are more sincere to you. There will be better people around. At the same time, do your best in the things you do to prove yourself. Show the world your capabilities. Over time, this "goody 2 shoes" perspective others have on you will just fade off.

Hey, don't be an idoit and do things these people want you to do to prove them wrong. You may end up becoming more of a joke.

Ignore them and prove your worth in other ways.

Calling you a 'goody two shoes' is supposed to hurt you...it's meant in a derogatory manner unfortunately, but it's a title to uphold around your particular crowd....theyre just trying to push you into doing something to prove them wrong just so they can hiss at you afterwards.
They dont sound like friends and he doesnt sound worthy of your time. Dont change.

just be glad with who you are! i used to be called a goody two shoes too, and never had a boyfriend in high school and stuff. then when i went to college i decided i wanted to break out of that mold, not drastically or anything - just wanted to break out of it a little bit. but i found that i have caused so much unneeded drama and stress in my life that i wish i could go back to the person i was before. but i dont really know how to be that person anymore, i've changed....so my advice to you is - love who you are, and if other's don't, then you don't need them!

Believe me, there are a lot of guys out there that would love to date a nun. Guys loose respect for someone that is easy, they like a challenge. They don't have a tendency to get real serious about someone they know that has no morals. That's the way it is.

Don't advertise your likes, dislikes, or morals. Peer pressure is the worst influence when making decisions about how you want to live your life. Don't give their opinions energy. Keep your energy to yourself. Forget their sarcasm. They are jealous. Be yourself even if it means taking an unpopular path. They will respect you if you are true to your own cause. That doesn't mean they have to know what that cause is though, so, don't volunteer anything. Be true to yourself. Don't change according to their standards. They probably don't have standards.

Just find a way to let people know you could have fun. But anyways. You cant be who everyone wants you to be. Or else youde have hell of a time finding out who you are. Let people talk. Ur true friends will accept you for you, And know that you have a small rebelious side. Everyone does. Good luck!!
