how can i get rid of my love handles i try doing everything i even change my eating habits ive seen results almost everywhere except my lovehandles what is the best work out for that?

There is no such thing as "spot reducing" just one area of body fat. You can work your abs, and that will strengthen those muscles, but to get rid of your "love handles", you just need to be patient. Continue eating right and exercising, and you will lose the fat from everywhere, including yout abs.

Make sure that you are working ALL your abdominal muscles, not just the ones in front. Do exercises that incorporate not only up-and-down movement (sit-ups, crunches, etc.), but also ones that get your abs working from side-to-side. This will help you to develop muscle tone in the whole abdominal area.
Another thing is that you may have muscles, but they are hidden under a layer of fat. Keep up your diet and do varied exercises and you should begin to see results.
