First of all, why would any girl text message him without some naughty intention? And why does she have these intents to sleep with him? That's what it sounds like. Unless they have a history together, I do not believe that girls just pop out of no where to text message him. Nevertheless, it is his intention that matters. You may have someone who is interested in him and she is the one doing the chasing.
Whatever the case may be, it is best to 1) ask yourself if you know this girl. 2) If you don't, why did he not introduce you to her? He may be fearful that it will anger you. They may just be friends; however, it is the respectful thing to do to introduce her to you if they are just that - merely friends. Otherwise, you have no choice but to assume the worst.
You can't assume he is cheating by only one "evidence". Try to find patterns in his behavior (flirtatiousness) and other concrete evidence such as love notes and phone numbers of other women, suspicious perfumes, obsession with his looks, etc.

Well maybe you should bring that up to him. You can't be ignorant enough to think that this was an innocent message. Maybe it is time to tighten the leash or let the dog run free
