Only you can really answer that. Would you be jealous if you saw him happy with someone else? If yes, then a friendship might be hard at first. If NO, and you'd actually like to see him happy, then it's possible.

Depends,do you want to be friends with them.Would it create a problem?Also what kind of friends we talking about here?When you break up yes you can still be civil and friendly to them when you see them but i wouldn't be their friend.At lest not right after a break up anyways.
The real question about being friends with him is what was the reason you broke up in the first place?If it's something like he cheated on you or something like that.Then definitely no on being friends.If it's more of a well just not feeling this we'd be better off just friends then it'd be okay.Just depends how your relationship with the person was.ya know?Also how they treated you when you were dating,cause if it was like **** then you ain't gonna want that person as a friend.

It's depend how was your relationship, if both agreed to broke in a good and the 2 of you are mature you probably will be friends, if not just work hard to forget him.

I'm kinda friends with my ex, but it's an on and off thing. Sometimes I'll talk to him if I'm bored, because he's a really good listener, but sometimes he acts like a jerk and it pisses me off. Like whenever I mention my boyfriend, he gets all bent out of shape and wants to change the subject, although I'm always nice about his girlfriend.

That is hard. Its always hard just to be friends with someone after you have dated for awhile. It all depends on the people and if they can have fun together without going out.
