I have a major event coming up in two months....I really need to lose around 20+ lbs. Please don't give me the usual eat right and exercise plan! There must be some other way.
Anyone of you tried anything that really worked without skipping meals or exercising?Please enlighten me. I'm really desperate.....

Ok, this will work I promise. Women need to stay under 28 fat grams a day....this is not a diet, it is sort of a food exchange thing...Lost a bunch of weight when I was done having children....What you need to do is this, instead of counting calories, look on the package of stuff you eat, yes a pain in the behind, but if your wanting to lose some of your behind, you gotta do it....You can eat what you want, but you have to limit the amount of Fat in foods that you are consuming. For example, a hamburger is loaded with fat. Not very filling either. Stay away from fast food, mayonaise (unless fat free/low fat), SALT (retains water in ya') White bread(turns to sugar), regular soda pop (bad, bad, bad), real butter (tasty, but loaded with fat), processed cheese and deli meats (turkey breast is ok), Ranch dressing(loaded with fat).....If you read the labels, switch to reduced fat or fat free products, eat huge salads loaded with fresh vegetables, NO fried foods, french fries etc. and you stay under 28 fat grams a day, and go walking at least a few times a week, everyday if you can, for at least 20-30 minutes, the weight will just MELT off I swear!!!!.....It works, wish I could show you a before and after picture of myself, then you would really try it.....Just give it a try.

NEVER SKIP MEALS!!! that makes u GAIN weight. i no that doen't sound right but here is a plan 4 u:
If u want 2 lose weight without diet meds then u must do some sort of exercise! sorry but this is true. there are lots of ways to exercise:
walking,run,,jog,dance,washing windows or floors, pleasure walking, pushing a stroller, gardening, housework, golfing, yard work, brisk walking, swimming laps, bicycling, shoveling snow, tennis, water aerobics, step aerobics, even playing outside lol!
there are soooooooo many benifits 2 exercise:
1.strengthens the heart muscle
2.enables the body to better use oxygen
3.builds energy levels
4.lowers blood pressure
5.improve muscle tone and strength
5.strengthens and builds bones
6.helps reduce body fat
7.helps reduce stress, tension, anxiety and depression
8.boosts immune system
9.helps in managing arthritis
10.boosts self-image and self-esteem
11.improves sleep
12.helps u feel more relaxed and rested
13.helps u to vent feelings and aggression
14.makes u look healthy,fit...even sexy!
15.speeds up your metabolism

So what do u have 2 lose? with all these benifits......not much. i used 2 hate exercise but it is a great way 2 vent all your anger and is so fun!and it is so fun when u exercise with friends!

Here are some ways 2 speed up ur metabolism and lose weight:
1.exercise daily aiming for 10,000 steps a day
2.don't skip meals
3.maintain caloric needs with a lower-in-fat, lower-in-sugar,higher-in-fiber balanced and varied diet
4.do something to improve upper and lower body strength twice a week
5.affirm your intentions several times a day
6.manage stress with laughter, meditation, Yoga and deep breathing exercises
7.participate in activities you enjoy
8.do something for someone else-anonymously


there are so many exercises out there and there is an aweome book that i have its called "Speaking of Womens Health" and it has soooooooo much info in it about things like that and they also have a website called www.speakingofwomenshealth.com
try visiting that site..........I has to give out these books at a store and inform ppl of thing like dieting and other factors in womens health so I know what I am talking about. I hope u follow a safe and healthy diet!!! Good luck!!!!

OK you may think iam crazy but stay away of high carbs and cut your portions sizes i did well really i had to cause i am diabetic and lost 58 lbs. So give it a try you ain't got nothing to loose but some weight. Good luck

dear friend.... i am doctor and i will give you a right advise ...o.k

look 1 thing you must understand is ....when you skip your meals ... i agree you may loose wieght but you might loose your brain efficacy too

good way to loose is running and paddling cycle ......and hopping a rope ... o.k

you will loose major this way .... but i wont recomend skiping meals o.k

psychologically you will start eating in hideouts .... or some fastfood .....it will make more difficult for you then.

so eat but a bit less ...and excercise as i told you ....

my brother is a fitness instructor and he says that you can eat what ever you want to and you can eat all day but the trick to it is to eat in small portions for example if you want to eat cheese cake split the slice into 4 and eat it as you would medication but work out the eating time to end before 6pm that works and drink lots of water

u heard of vaccum ?? try it
2st remove as much as air u can from ur lungs .... den suck in ur tummy n try 2 hold for some time . repeat dis a cpl of times ...
it is used by professional bodybuilders to keep a small waist line ...it will help u to gain control over ur ab muscles n knock off inches
besides dat do various types of crunches try dis ..
