There is no such thing as an I-1 visa.

There is the "I" non-immigrant visa that is for foreign media representatives, such as reporters.

There are the "IR" (immediate relative) immigrant visas for parents, spouses or children of US citizens.

first i say hi to u now i give ur answer 1st u dont tell us that where u have to go becayse in india there are diffrent process so in india u have to collect some point first and 4 that u have to give some exam like toffel and illets ok i hope it satisfy ur question have a nice day
