i no longer feel the adrenaline rush when i see him. and i don't feel anything when i flashback the o good times. my heart doesn't melt for him anymore. my heart doesn't flutter like in the past when he stand next to me.
but i feel empty when w/o his presence, doesn't like to see him with other girls even if it's just friends. also, i'm super conscious when he doesn't appear to be making anymore effort towards me.
hey confused. do i actually still like him?

you love him, no doubt about that. but apparently you are going through a time in your relationship where the butterflys you felt in ur tummy at the beginning arent there anymore, and it confuses you. its okay, it happens. but if you face the fact that you are in love with him, and you start showing that love towards him, then he will show it back to you, and the spark will most likely ignite.

thats a choice only you can make if you don;t have that fire anymore i would say no. i just got out of a relationship of 3 years she felt the same way you did but later on i found out she cheeted on me but even if you do break up from a guys stand point he maystill like you but depending on the guy he will one eiather move on really fast or he will take a long time to recover and guys when a girl tells them those words i don't love you any more tears them apart i would think long and hard to make sure of what you do is the right thing wish u best of luck

Yea you still have feelings for him they just arent as strong as when ya first met! Make things more intresting by trying new things that neither of you have done before. Also try telling him that he is not contributing enough to the relationship for ya and he needs to do some work too!
