I get that from people getting on my nerves or an environment that is nerve racking. You may need to do something that makes you relax. A quiet time and place. There may be some environmental or social things affecting you that you are not aware of. Stress or certain things you are putting into your body. Review your diet and make changes if necessary. Exercise helps calm nerves and gives you resistance to stress. Consult a doctor for more answers.

I HATE when that happens to me...and I'm sorry I dont know how to stop it. I just wanted to empathize with you. Anyway, I'm asian and in our culture, when your left eye twitches, it's good luck!

This happens to me when I'm overtired or stressed, there's no immediate cure for it, just try to sleep well and after a month or so it will go by itself.

I don't know why that happens, happens to me occasionally...Maybe it means we are a little tired, or eye strain, I don't know.....
