Could he want 2 start over?
we took it slow in the past, for one month, then he got overly excited,we kissed and it was way too passionate,too much all at once(clothes on) I was his first g/f. he freaked out and even though he was nice about it, well he didn't call me back after that. that was 9 months ago. Saw him this summer, let him know I don't hate him.he seemed shocked but had 2 go. a few nights ago I saw him and I swear he said hi 2 me,but I looked down and didn't say anything cuz I wasn't sure. then 2 night ago he saw me in the parking lot while he was running 2 his car, and he kept looking at me like he wanted 2 say hi but he was 2 scared,like maybe he thought I was mad or something. What should I do next time I see him?Does he still have feelings 4 me. I have a feeling he hasn't had a g/f since me.

He's 22,I'm 24. he's a great guy but doesn't have much confidence with girls.I really want to be together again with him.I know that I should go slow and I'm figuring out better ways so that things don't escalate. what's your gut instinct? does he like me. please even if it hurts my feelings, just tell me the truth. I flirted with him first, he made me laugh all day. I told him I thought he was really kool and that surprised him.then I said we should hang out and asked for his number. I got his number before I left(working as a bagger,grocery store),then he asked to hang out. so I did boost his confidence up. now I jus don't want to scare him off but have things not too serious. I jus want him to want to hang out with me. I hope he misses me.

If you're a bit scared yourself to say Hi next time, shoot him a smile. A smile can say alot atleast hopefully from that he won't think you're mad at him. The poor boy is probably terrified he probably thinks you snubbed him when you didn't say Hi the first time.
Sounds to me like he probably still likes you. He sounds just really shy, you might have to make the first move here. Be strong.

Oh my goodness, what a tangled web of fantasy and dreams! He looks at you, and you think he wants to say Hi, but then he doesn't, and then you spend months speculating on whether he will the next time he sees you.
Move on already, there is nothing there worth waiting for.

Get in touch with him with email or a phone call and see if he wants to get together to hang out and talk.

try talking to him first, casually. if he is receptive, talk casually as friends, and eventually you can ask him once there's enough trust that he won't ignore you. if it dosen't eveen get ot this level, then forget about him. he's not worth u'r time.
