Ok, so I have this guy that I like and I asked him if he liked me more than a friend. He stared at me with his beautiful eyes for 2 minutes and said I'm sorry I only like u as a friend. I told him at a Halloween party and we've been talking a lot before then so I didn't know if he liked me or not. During the party he was just hanging around most of the time with another girl (who happens to freak me out) and also likes him as well but he doesn't talk to her anymore. Then he wanted to hug me when the party was over and I said ok. He hugged me for like 3 minutes straight then only let one arm go on me to where he had his arm around me, then we went our seperate ways home. Does he like me and just hiding it or what?

Too many unknown factors in this question of yours. However, generally a hug like that can be flirting, depends on the person. Guys don't always like the guessing game of whether a girl likes them or not so I'd go with telling him how you feel.

I think if he liked you for more than a friend, he would have told you so when asked directly. He probably likes you a lot as a friend, and that's why he wanted to hug you at the end of the party. He probably felt badly that he had to tell you he only liked you as a friend and didn't want you to be hurt so was trying to express that when he hugged you for so long. I could be wrong, but that's what it appears to me.

My guess is that you MIGHT be a fall back girl. You're far from his first choice, but he likes being around you, your friends, and in the back of his mind he's thinking "she'll be around If I ever want to persue it".
Take him at face value, and start playing the field. If he's interested, he'll fight for you. If not, then there's nothing there and you need to move on.

Don't analyze it, you will be wrong and get your hopes up. I guy can act like he likes you and doesn't. It may turn out he is just comfortable around you...

You already told him, so wait for him to come around. He could think that you're sweet or he might be thinking about it, so don't push it.

guys arew wierd. they just are. tell him how you feel, if he recents you then its not there. but if he likes you he'll come around.
