Mine are out of control, and they always have been. Sure, they make up a huge part of me, but how can I make them inspire me to do good instead of pouting and wishing and whining? Heehee.

You would do well to learn self management through a medium such as yoga, or even a martial art. Channel your emotions, don't let them channel u as a rule.

You just have to experience them and move on. Don't let emotions bog your life down. Just let them be like water off a duck's back.

Do you take vitamins? Sometimes, I get too emotional, but I eat proper and take vitamins. It seems to help!

Never hold emotions in , it can lead to depression. always let them out .talk them out.

look at urself on the mirror, i mean stare, then try to do flashback all the good things that happens to u, n recollect all good memories..u'll fell better
