sound like food intolerance which could be a lot of things, mostly its either wheat or lactose (milk and milkproducts) Try to cut that out and see if there is improvement

There could be so many factors, it is hard to pinpoint exactly what it is. You mention that she bloats no matter what she eats; therefore, I am not certain if it is strictly related to nutrition/diet. Please have her checked out by her physician to eliminate the possiblity of a bowel problem. Please read the link I have provided for further information.

Everytime I have pasta, milk, ice cream or dairy products it causes bloating. You might try soy products, meats and vegetables.

It may be irritable bowel syndrom. If she drinks plenty of water this could prevent it. she could also have an allergy to wheat cutting down on bread pasta etc could also help.

it depends on her diet
foods high in salt can cause this,no soda,would be your first thing
drinking water can help
sometimes this can be a symptom of a food allergy
most of the time it is attributed to a poor diet

I am 25 and that **** happens to me all the time... I hate to eat because of that.
