My church would say they are demons immitating people but I have a hard time believing this through my experiences.I think a lot are imaginatory,but I was with someone and we saw a lady dressed in lavender floating out of a barn and slowly disappear.I think it was a piece of time repeating itself,like a film ,over and over.Once a group of guys and I were sitting around the lunch area at school(1960s) and the drinking fountain came on .You could see the star like handle turn by itself,on and then in 10 seconds off.There was 6 of us that saw it .

not all ghost are demonic and i think you should have respect for them cuz they are ghosts for some reasons and one top reason is that they were murdered and afraid to move on. they are real they are not our imaginations it's like saying "is god our imaginations"
