In my opinion, you have stated the basic reason for why this category is called "religion & spirituality". All people, of all faiths are welcome to discuss their thoughts and opinions.
Hatred is not necessary, and is quite often not the reason for the answers that passionately disagree with the questioner. It's a risk to post a question here...someone is going to disagree with you rudely almost everytime.

I agree, yet while people call others stupid or uneducated or say that they skew each and every thing out of context only by way of fact they believe in Christianity, you may desire to admit that Christians can only be pushed so a techniques. It is going any opposite direction as nicely. some Christians at here go on and on approximately how people who don't think are incorrect and that they go approximately it in a severe-high quality approach and that's incorrect. Why can not people have a civilized communicate without calling one yet another stupid or asserting that they make the sick? It is going the two techniques. in case you section Christian, you get asked why Christians many times are hateful and why all Christians stand outdoors abortion clinics and all varieties of generalizations. in case you're atheist yo get asked why you do not believe in god, and problems with that nature. people might desire to discover ways to disagree without being recommend and bitter approximately it. I disagree that questions are only questions. i think of in case you ask a query just to be demeaning or to be making exciting or degrading then that's only as hateful as a disrespectful answer.

I agree. Maybe we believe about something so strongly when someone disagrees with it, we overreact. There does need to be a lot more flexibility in our dialog.
There are things that push my buttons: like sexism, racism and homophobia. It's hard to just disagree and not give the other person heck. I think that is why we have to review our answers before we post them.

It's a pleasant thought, but some religions want to rule over other peoples lives through the state, and accomplish it through scape goading minorities like gays.

Disagreeing means you should be able to give other ideas based on intelligence, hatred comes across as ignorance without any kind intelligent backing.

Some people see things as- either they agree or they hate. I don't understand those kinds of people. Some people, few, write something really mean or nasty. If one doesn't anything helpful to say- why say anything at all?

Some people just like to play the victim. If someone doesn't agree with them they must hate them. Yea it's ridiculous.

I agree!! Another word, besides hate, that is often hurled at people who have strong faith is "intolerance"....Not having doubts about Christ shouldn't make that person appear in the eyes of another to be hateful and "intolerant"!! We can still "agree to disagree" and have respect for one another without us believers having to compromise our faith in Christ!

i agree with you! disagreement is not the same as hate. i think people get their feelings hurt sometimes when someone says something that opposes their views, and so that leads them to believe that this other person hates them, but that's not the case!!!

Thank you.
Disgareement is disagreement - not hate.
That shows an attitude, doesn't it?
Short on respect, maturity, apperciation of others or wisdom? Call it hate.
