There are only two things that matter to weight: (1) What you eat, (2) How much you exercise
(1) Limit your carbohydrates and fat. Eat salad as much as possible and drink water.
(2) Start slow, run a couple of times a week, then steadily increase your time and pace
My guess is that you can lose 41-45 pounds in half a year, if you are disciplined.

I just recently discovered something that's natural & healthy and even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented an anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink (that only cost $1.oo), and a simple and great “No Diet Weight Loss Plan” into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2 1/2" in my waist and I have lost 21 pounds (30 more to go) in only the last 27 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet (that’s boring), eat special foods (that cost extra money), skip meals (that makes your stomach growl), or even exercise (as I can not because of disc damage in my lower back). I have been told that I can not send a web link through this service but if you would like e-mail me or IM me from my profile and I will point you to the web site and to the products that have changed my life and my health

Please take my advice and do not try to utilise desperate measures to lose weight! It is very very dangerous (physically, mentally, and emotionally) to lose weight drastically, and honestly weight does not matter that much. I am taking a wild guess and saying that you feel that you need to lose weight for an upcoming social event or to make a sports team, but please do not try to lose so much weight so quickly! You are probably perfectly healthy just the way that you are. If you feel that you really do need to lose weight because you are obese, then you should talk about it with your doctor and develop a healthy plan.
You could probably lose that much weight in a month or so if you never ate and excercised like crazy, but you would die before then. You could lose that much in about six months if you ate well and excercised moderately... and that is MUCH healthier! It's not any good being thin if you're dead.

I burned off 40 pounds in 5 months. you could burn 2-3 pounds a week in case you rather push your self. Do a great style of cardio, positioned money into an elliptical coach and use it an hour an afternoon (that'll burn 500+ energy an afternoon). And no, you do no longer would desire to consume foodstuff plan foodstuff, you in basic terms would desire to consume much less... plenty much less. you would be able to desire to maintain track of what proportion energy, write down each thing you consume and how many energy you're eating shrink your self to 900-1200 energy/day. greens and occasional fat ingredients will make it swifter, yet isn't needed. as an occasion on a given day you could consume in basic terms 35 cups of broccolli, OR 60 complicated boiled egg whites, or 5 pop cakes, or 2 great Macs. and additionally you wont bypass over 1200 energy.

i dont think its possible to lose weight really quick. The best thing to do is atleast run for about thirty minutes everyday and stop eating lots of sugar and junk. If you cant stop eating junk atleast cut it in half. For example instead of a whole burger eat half a burger, if it fails eat lean cusine. I dont know how long it would take diffrent people to lose it. Stop consuming suger....remember unused suger turns to fat. but used sugar is good for excersizing
