How old are you and where do you live? Go to various places that you're interested in and see if you find someone to your liking there. If you do introduce yourself, ask her if she'd like to join you to have a cup of coffee. ( You ask for coffee instead of a date so that if she is already seeing someone or married she can bring that up to you without feeling awkward.) Are you clean? Shower daily, brush your teeth and hair? Smell good? Scent is very important to most women and if a man doesn't smell fresh and clean with his clothing on we can only imagine how much filth and skank is under his clothing. YUCK! Do you smoke? If so, you should only ask out women who smoke. If you do snuff or chew I don't know of any woman who would be interested. Every women that I know finds that totally gross and disgusting. What do you talk about on your first date? If it's your mother or exes most women won't go on a second date with you. You also need to consider what league you are in so to speak. If you're heavy set and have a pot belly don't expect to get a Britney Spears look alike. Ask out a woman who is also less than perfect in physical appearance. If you need more info e-mail me. How much older are we talking? Try online dating, social groups in the community where you meet people with the same interests as you, church singles groups, etc. Depending on where you live, and the things you like, there should be quite a few options available to you. Good luck!
