Crest white strips. Use a whitening toothpaste and dip your toothbrush and paste into some baking soda...tastes aweful but it works. Brush at least three times a day (only once with baking soda though) and chew a tooth whitening gum like Trident White. Also avoid things like coffee, tea, and smoking...if possible, and visit your dentist regularly, at least once annually.

You have quite a few options before you.
1. Buy a whitening toothpaste.
2. Try Crest White Strips. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about them. They may make your teeth a little sensitive, but buy some Sensodyne or something to use with it and you should be fine.
3. If you have the money, have them bleached by a dental professional.
If any of your teeth are capped or have veneers, know that they will simply not whiten, no matter what you do.

You should cut down on sweets and brush twice daily and floss. Try using that Listerine with the whitening agents in it and get a tooth paste that whitens. I recommend Aqua fresh whitening paste and buy a good toothbrush. The Crest white strips work good too from what I hear. Basically take about $50 hit up Target or Walmart in the oral hygiene lane and you'll have decent results in about 2 weeks if you establish a routine and stay with it.

Teeth loose their whiteness due to age,
cavities and eatingfood like coffee,tea,
cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo and
some antibiotics also cause stains.
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen
peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient.
A cheap and natural tooth whitening home
remedy uses few strawberries but certain
precautions have to be taken.I found the
information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

well if you're a smoker...drink lots of soda crap and aren't 20 or any of the above..this is what happens...but you can have your teeth whitened professionally by a dentist for a couple of hundred bucks...those night strips work ok..but it's a pain in the butt to always have to have then on you....do you by any chance use a soft head toothbrush?...dentists usually push those because you're not being too rough on your teeth and gums...however try using a medium one....i noticed the difference almost right away...

go to a dentist and pay for laser whitening, the at home stuff eats the enamel off your teeth.

If you want it over a long period of time, get a electric toothbrush, brush twice a day and use Listerine with whitening.
For a shorter amount of time, use Crest White Stripes. Becareful, they tend to hurt.
For the shorter amount of time, you can bleach your teeth, but I don't recommend it.
