A small dose of stress not only helps the body in functioning perfectly, but also enables an individual to be most creative and efficient at work when in stress. In Stress Management Therapy, counsellors, psychiatrists, and others analyse the causal factors or roots of the stress, understand fears, interact with individuals, and finally, treat the individual with some Stress Management Therapy techniques. one thing is to take deep breaths. stress triggers our "fight or flight" reflexes, that's why we feel nauseous or stomach ache (body wants to empty the stomach so it can run better), nervous, raised heartbeat (adrenalin rushing, to help you get away better) etc. taking deep breaths helps counteract those instinctive reactions. deep breaths also help tame headaches. think about each symptom you're having as purely a physical sensation and try to counterattack it that way; try to disassociate from the emotional side of it.

Know your limits. Once you know you've had enough, you can "kill" it by doing something that will ease your mind. A hobby or something.
