at 5 foot begin with 100 #. Add 5# for each inch. So, you will add 55 #. Now add the fudge factor of 10% giving you a total of 170#. If you are big boned, add another 10% (187#), If you are small boned, (153#). You will grow until you are in your early 20's.

Hi Kerley, I would say,with your height you should weigh 175-185lbs. This is a good healthy weight for you.

It matters what your waist size is.
1. small waist 141-151
2. medium waist147-163
3. large waist157-177
