In general, no. Because he is the son of Mary.
Two things though, in Christian terms:
focusing on his lineage through Mary and ignoring the rest of who He is (the messiah and only begotten of the Father in the Flesh, redeemer and Savior of mankind) would be wrong. And it is similarly wrong to equate Mary with God, because Jesus' divine lineage came through God the Father.
I did not know that the Quran states the Jesus is the Messiah. Interesting quote that I think most Islamic Fundamentalists would not want to acknowledge as being part of their Holy writ, I think.

hello, no it quite is extremely the ideal option to realize this, Jesus,( God made guy), took his humanity (flesh) from Mary, and so in his humanity is the Son of Mary, it rather is with regard to the sole element the Koran has have been given precise approximately Jesus, bear in mind that he's barely regarded as a holy prophet in that e book and not as He actual is, the Christ,in easy terms Son of God,and Saviour.

Well are you sure it says that? I think that Muslims don't believe that Jesus was the Messiah. Only Christians do. And he was the son of Mary, so no problem there.

He is all of those, so I do not see a problem. It is just strange to our way of referring to Jesus.
