i need some good conversation starters. and yeah im pretty much dating impared. please help!

LOL is used to be like that. Be yourself and smile. Even if the conversation starts with; Hey Sarah, Have you seen Mrs. Smythe at all? OR Was it you i saw at the mall with that really cute top on? Be yourself though...genuine is what a girl likes.

Excellent question, actually.
Take an innocent topic that you see or observe. For instance, if the bartender is wearing a pink shirt, comment on that, see what she says.
Sometimes a "what's up" starter will work
Another good one is to comment something about her, but it's a little tricky. "You have beautiful eyes" is cheesy, so you need to find something that's true and original.
Lastly, you may miss a few when you start. Don't worry about it. You'll be better next time.

Only do this if the girl knows u..if she doesnt know u..shell be creeped out.
Okay..well say hi *Jessica* (an example)
And start a conversation about something u might have in common or something shes interested in.
or give a compliment..but dont shower her with compliments...(thats just scary) =]
and get to know her...just be a friend..then let things work out the way they will. = )

on my opinion..
i don't think u should compliment the girl at first saying how cute her hair, shirt, etc looks. its weird. cause guys... don't really say that to girls.. BUT, if u are going on a date, PLEASE DO say that u think she looks beautiful in her dress or something! but don't make it sound or look like you're completely horny.

Try saying, "Hey, what's your name? You look kinda familiar..."
If you wanna be kinda funny, over-exaggerate an over-familiar pick-up line. If she has a good sense of humor, she'll think you're pretty funny.

say hi and give her a compliment - then ask her what she likes... maybe be specific - bring up something that you are into and ask her if she is at all interested in it - most important... BE YOURSELF!
