try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know there was anything that helped growth.

See my answer here (long one towards the end).

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed. Calcium supplements would be preferred to dairy products..or high calcium foods that are nondairy like spinach.

Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey.
Good luck!

Well, you are approximately part-a-foot taller than natural, that is lovely tall. I'm no longer certain what you imply by way of "too tall"? Women love tall guys, and in a girl's eyes, the taller the bigger, so you are not ever too tall to get the women. However, being too tall can intent well being disorders, however I consider that so long as you are no longer over 7'zero, you must be high-quality. If you joined the NBA, you would not be anyplace nearly being the tallest participant.

Yes you can increase your height by stretching excercises. I know this because in one family the elder son was short and the younger son did stretching and is now much taller than the rest of the family

First of all, you cannot stunt your growth or enhance your growth. Females usually stop growing around the time of their first period. Maybe up to a year afterwards. Males continue to grow (not maturity) up to the age of 18-21.

Compare yourself to your brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents. Genes do amazing things.

I'm pretty short and I'm happy with it. I've heard that you stop growing between 15-17 years of age. It's just an estimate.
