I'm the food captain for a morning group of people, I need to know?

what would be a good menu for a late lunch.

You could do a soup/sandwich combo or salad/sandwich combo with fresh fruit for dessert. You could have a variety of sandwiches, but I would keep the number of soups to 2.. Do tea and coffee and have water and sodas on hand as well..
