How tall is she? More importantly, what is her diet and activity level like? It's hard to answer this question without more information.

110 is borderline underweight for me and I'm 5'3. Fat and weight are not the same thing, and you're in your early teens which means its normal to have a little fat. My best friend is 110 lbs and 5'9. According to her doctor, she's very underweight. If you feel the need to she'd a few pounds, try dropping just 5.

It depends on how tall she is. If she's 5 feet tall, that's perfectly healthy. In fact, that's not even overweight unless she's about 4 and a half feet tall, which she probably isn't. It is underweight if she is much taller than 5 feet, and if she is 5 and a half or taller then she is severely underweight and needs immediate medical attention for an eating disorder.

It sounds like a good weight but here's a website you can go to to check your BMI http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ this will tell you.
