I assume that you have seen a doctor and it is not serious, just has a bit of swelling/infection.

The best home remedies that I've used are:
-soak the infected area in warm water with granulated (sea) salt mixed in (not table salt!)
-plantain leaf under the bandage. Yes. Plantain.

Plantain is a weird little plant that grows pretty much everywhere. You can find a picture of it here www.dgsgardening.btinternet. co.uk/plantain.htm

It is a weed, but the leaves are extremely good at drawing out infection.
Make sure to wash it thoroughly first!

If you already went to the doctor to get an antibiotic, then the only thing I know of that will draw out the puss is a sauve called icthimide....it is a black tar looking substance but works quite well

if a spider bite is pussy you need to see a doctor. a brown recluse bite is tons worse on the inside then what you see on the surface. once it gets to the bone you could face amputation. unless you know what kind of spider bit you, id get to a doctor.

Try a very warm cloth, as warm as you can stand it. Repeat it as the cloth gets cold. That will help the bite come to a "head". That should help the pain too.

I don't recommend that you do that procedure yourself, you could do more harm than good. You should better go to a doctor for that.
