The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126.
The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299. GOD IS NOT THREE PERSONS.. please check them out in your own bible.Deut 6;4,Malachi 2;10,Mark 10;18,Romans 3;29,30, SON CREATED, GOD ALONE BEFORE Revelation 3;14, Colossians1;15,Isaiah 44;6 etc etc etc.Too many scriptures to name right now but if your sincerely interested email me. If somebody had never seen or heard of the bible and then read it they would never come up with the Trinity doctrine. ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A MYSTERY

Luk 3:22 and the Holy Spirit came down in a bodily form as a dove upon Him. And there was a voice out of Heaven, saying, You are My Son, the Beloved; in You I have been delighting. Psa. 2:7; Gen 22:2; Isa. 42:1
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 He was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.
1Jo 5:6 This is the One coming through water and blood, Jesus Christ; not by the water only, but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the One witnessing, because the Spirit is the truth.
1Jo 5:7 For there are three bearing witness in Heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.
The trinity is very Biblical, as you can see from the Scriptures presented.

>>"well i would like to know who god is according to there doctrine is it the father son or holy ghost?"<<
Its all three. They are three different people. Jesus is the Son. He is one with his father and the Holy Spirit. All three are one together, they are God. No there is only one God and there are three parts to God, Father, Son and Holy spirit. All are equal in power because they are all the one God. But each one has different roles. The Father makes the plans, the Son fulfils the Fathers will and the Holy spirit points people to the Father or the Son. The Father planned to created the universe and the Son fulfilled by creating it. Because Man sinned against God, the Father made the plan to send someone to die in its place, the Holy spirit spoke through the prophets and talked about the Father's plan of sending someone to die in their place and the Son fulfilled it when he shed his blood 2000 years ago.
The Father, the Son and the Holy spirit are three different people but together make one God.

its a good question but u have already had good answers look at an egg it has a shell,it has the white of the egg,it has the yolk,it is still one egg, jesus was in heaven with god before the world was made ,when god said let US make man in OUR image he was saying 3 parts man has body,he has soul,he has mind he is still one man, when sin came into the world it was jesus who came down to earth in the form of man to put everything right, but jesus only did or said what the father told him to say so thats where you find out the father and the son remember jesus said as he so am i meaning they thought the same ,then when jesus went back to his father he left us the holy spirit ,to indwell us so that we may be able to do everything god wants us to do untill jesus returns this why the trinity is called a tri une being because god, jesus, the holy spirit are all one in esscence

Because they do what their priests tells them to, which includes thinking and believing exactly what they are told. There is no room for questions and doubt when one is willfully ignorant. The "trinity" makes absolutely no sense.
‘Christ according to the faith, is the second person in the Trinity, the Father being the first and the holy Ghost the third. Each of these three persons is God. Christ is his own father and his own son. The Holy Ghost is neither father nor son, but both. The son was begotten by the father, but existed before he was begotten--just the same before as after. Christ is just as old as his father, and the father is just as young as his son. The Holy Ghost proceeded from the Father and Son, but was an equal to the Father and Son before he proceeded, that is to say before he existed, but he is of the same age as the other two. Nothing ever was, nothing ever can be more perfectly idiotic and absurd than the dogma of the Trinity.’

....."and God said let us make man in our image"....Us in OUR,Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Hebrew word for God there is Eloheim which is a plural, used in a singular sense.El is the singular for God.Think of 1x1x1=1 God not 1+1+1=3 gods.We use 10% of our brain, somethings are beyond our mental reach. The Bible does say that at the very end Jesus will then hand everything over to the Father.Jesus is God the Son he always was and only became a human for us,only God is perfect enough to die for us ,but God is a sirit Jesus said in John 4,and a spirit can't be nailed to a cross. That's why Jesus had to take on a "tent " of human flesh. He didn't just come into existence then,Collosians I says "Jesus was the creator of everything"So this second person of the Trinity went into Mary(like invitro fertilization)and was born a baby, but he was every bit God as he was man.He limited himself to be able to feel like a man to sympathize with him. That's why he allowed satan to test him even though he couldn't sin,he would feel what it's like for us to be tempted.
Acts 5 ,Peter says to Annanias,"You have lied to the Holy Spirit, you have not lied to man but to God"Thomas calls Jesus "My Lord and my God" Paul says "our Great God and Saviour Jesus Christ"
Sonny, you are the confused one ,not us.
and all that Bull people say about coming out of Rome is garbage ,this is what the Bible teaches.
Every time a cult wants to discredit the Bible they say..."Oh,it wasn't until the Council of Nicia or Trent "or some other crapola.(I'm trying to cover all your questions).
Jesus didn't pray to himself in the Garden and he said he'd send the "Comforter"(the Holy Spirit) after he ascended back to heaven.
Joseph was not Jesus' real Father,he was his adopted Dad.Mary's line is found in Luke.

This is all part of the cunningness of the bible - it was written in such a way as to make people think that they are being so clever in understanding and interpreting it. In reality it was written to mean anything to anyone - if you want to go and kill a gay person or even a crossdresser, the bible can justify it if you find the right passage. I think that the practise of quoting the bible with the intention of saying, "there, it must be true because it says so in the bible," is ignorant beyond belief.
In answer to your question, Christians have different answers to any theological question depending on who brainwashed them, or how they interpreted a mythological book on superstitions.

I think that religion has moved to suit the times. If we all believe in the same God, then we believe ours fathers are right, when often, they are not. Man made God, now man has come to believe in God because our fathers did. Each generation adds an interpretation. In this day and age, I wonder why anyone can believe this story unless they have been totally brainwashed.

Your mother is your father's wife, and your son's grandmother, and your aunt's sister, and your grandmother's daughter, and, if she works in a school, she may be your teacher, and your friend's teacher, she might even be the principal! There again, she might be the mayor of your town, or a doctor, etc.
So, why can't God be who or as many as He wants to be?
Or doesn't your god have any power? Or is your god a man-made one, limited to what you let him be?
I think I will believe in the God of Abraham, the Creator of the Universe, the Great I Am! And, I don't think I will try limit Him to the extent of my own limited earth-bound understanding!

I will explain this in terms of a tube of tri-colour toothpaste. 3 distinct colours with 3 different functions, yet inseperable, together, ONE.
Another one would be water, It has 3 different states gas liquid and solid yet in any o these forms it is still water.
You understand and accept this 3 in 1's because you can see them the only difference with God is you need faith. Also the bible never states that it is Gods blood it only ever says the blood of Jesus
