Put a diaper on her.

Doggy diaper :)

About the easiest solution.. I prefered to use the cloth ones on my female before she was fixed cause though the baby diapers do fit a dog quite nicely, Jenna use to bite at her's from time to time and I was worried that the stuff that is in a baby diaper might make her sick.

Be sure though that if you do put a diaper on her, like a child they require regular changing and cleaning of the lady bits (bum wipes work great)

Doggy diapers and keep a very close eye on her when she is outside. Don't leave her alone even for a minute. My dog Akasha was the result of someone turning their back on their AKC show Labrador Retriever for a minute to ask a family member a question. She turned back around and oops, there's daddy dog.

They make little doggy panties. Get her a pair of those, that will help with the mess. Some dogs are very careful about keeping themselves clean, others not. And make sure to keep a VERY close eye on her whenever you go out. Never let her out of your sight even for a second. I mean that.
