Aside from the obvious, that they both can be polytheistic. I was told that Hiduism is a sister religion to Wicca, and I just want to know more about the similarities if there are any.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicca

Wicca is a religion of witch crafts which believes in total secrecy where as Hinduism has the largest collection of religious texts in writting even before the arrival of many religions in the world including christianity and islam.
Hinduism is the principled way of best living believing in good and god in any and everything around you.

never try attempting to compare it with hinduism ,
Wicca in short can be compared to a sect of followers of Kapala tradition (the followers are in hundreds in a total of 1 billion plus followers of hinduism)but even this is 7000 yrs old tradition where you cannot name it as sister but probably the mother or grand mother.
the similarities exist in kapala tradition and wicca and 70% of wicca traditions match with that of kapala.

I don't know much about Wicca, but I know that they both are very tolerant to other religions. Both respect nature.
