Part of God's Covenant with Abraham was that all people would be blessed through his (Abraham's) seed or offspring. That was a prophetic referral to Jesus Christ, who fulfilled all the Old Testament prophecies about Messiah, and who is Savior of all mankind.

Everyone, from our day or old testament times, are saved by exactly the same method according to the same covenant. Whereas the old testament tells of a covenant with literal Israel, today the covenant is with spiritual Israel which includes all believers in Jesus. The Israelites of old were saved by the promise of a Messiah to come, and there sins were washed as clean as ours today based on this promise. This was the purpose of the sacrificial system, as the blood of an innocent lamb to clear their sins was symbolic of the blood of the lamb of God (Jesus) that would one day truly wash away their iniquities. We today are saved by looking back in faith on Jesus' sacrifice. Both groups, however, are saved by faith in Jesus. There is no difference between how the two groups are saved...
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:... I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people (verse 33)
Notice that the new covenant is only made with Israel, so to be included we must become spiritual Israelites as mentioned by Paul. (Gal 3:29 And if ye are Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, heirs according to promise.) But all people are saved by this new covenant that was first mentioned in the old testament.

The old covenant(s) were simply God's way of bringing man to the knowledge of their creator and savior.
The old covenants are no longer of any effect. And since they never had the power to actually save anyone, it's just as well.
Illuminated by the light which is Christ, the new covenant stripped away all the temporary, obsolete, and tedious stuff, leaving Jesus Christ and his church as the source and summit of all human existence, until he comes again.

The covenant that God gave to the Israelites was written in Stone and was stored in the Ark of the Covenant. When Jesus came, He said that He was to write them on our hearts

Christians took with them the Jewish traditional belief where implications should subject the Christians to embrace the faith that Jewish have had with their God. Since most of the Jewish practices are not being done by Christians in this generation except for just taking qoutations from the Old Testament, there is a possibility that one day all that is in the Old Testament related to Jewish traditions will be totally erased by the Christian as it is being obvious these days how Jesus is always now pronounced more often than the name of Jewish God called by the Jews. All Christian prayers is not without starting or ending it "In Jesus name" soon for all Christians, Jesus will be the name of God. So, the covenant will be with Jesus and not with the God of Israel.
I hope the deception will not lead to that and if it does, the world will surely be in its downfall and we might really suffer from what we all dread to happen.

It really doesn't although most of the Cults try to hold their people under it ,including 7th day Adventists.
We are more under the Abrahamic covenant......."and Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him as righteousness".
Let the cults have their Saturday observances "the don't touch don't taste",rules (see Collosians I & 2,read both chapters fully).
I'm free in Christ,as Paul said "All things are legal, but not all things edify" So i'm careful most of the time.Get Free,Kick the Bondwoman and her son out!(Paul says in Galatians)they represent old rules and regulations.

Not to judge, but Jews only saw God's way in the concrete and physical terms. Irony is that they claim that God cannot take human form. What is worse: "diminishing God's grandeur" or "telling the Almighty that he can't be a man. Setting the rules for what God can and can't do."
The first one, is because God loves us so much that he demonstrates it by sacrificing his son, much like Abraham was ABOUT to sacrifice his son.
Here is the thing-----to answer your question------Jesus simply raised the bar to the level that is of God.............The commandments were raised to a higher standard, that of God because now (supposedly) we are ready if we turn to God.
Jesus speaks of the God and his ways. He doesn't go astray from it. God loves you and me, not just you and certainly not just me. He is just, merciful and loving. He wants to give a chance to all his children,,,,,,,not just some.

It does not!
Are we under the Ten Commandments?
WHAT LAWS does Jehovah God wand us to obey? Must wekeep what the Bible calls "the law of Moses" or sometimes,"the Law"?(1Kings2:3 :Titus3:9) This is also called "thelaw of Jehovah," because he is the one who gave it.(1Chronicles16:40) Moses merely delivered the Law to the people.
The law of Moses consists of more than 600 individual laws,or commandments, including the 10 main ones. As Moses said:"He (Jehovah)commanded you to perform, even 10 commandments;and he wrote them upon two tables of stone."(Deutronomy4:13, KJV) But to whom did Jehovah give the Law, including the ten commandments? Did he give it to all humankind? What was the purpose of the Law?
The Law was not given to all humankind. Jehovah made a covenant, or agreement, with the descendants of Jacob, who became the nation of Israel. Jehovah gave his laws to this nation only. The Bible makes this clear at Deutronomy5:1-3 and Psalm147:19,20.
The apostle Paul asked the question:"Why, then, the Law?"Yes, for what purpose did Jehovah give his law to Israel? Paul answered:"To maketransgressions manifest, until the seed should arrive to whom the promise had been made....Consequently the Law has become our tutor{or teacher} leading to Christ."(Galatians3:19-24) The special purpose of the Law was to protect and guide the nation of Israel so they may be ready to accept Christ when he arrived. The many sacrifices reminded the Isrealites that they were sinners who needed a Saviour.(Hebrews10:1-4)
CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW
Jesus Christ, of course, was that promised Saviour, even as the angel proclaimed at his birth.(Luke2:8-14)o when Christ came and gave his perfect life as a sacrifice, what happened to the Law? It was removed. "We are no longer under a tutor," Paul explained.(Galatians3:25) The removal of the Law was a relief to the Israelites. It hasd shown them up as sinners, for all of them fell short of keeping that Law perfectly. "Christ by purchase released us from the curse of the Law," Paul said.(Galatians3:10-14) So the Bible also says: "Christ is the end of the Law."(Romans10:4 ;6:14) The Law actually served as a barrier or wall between the Israelites and other peoples who were not under it. By the sacrifice of his life however, Christ abolished....the Law of two peoples[Israelite and non-Israelite] in union with himselfinto one new man."(Ephesians2:11-18).
