he just met this woman online tonight and wants to marry her on Monday~the day after tomorrow.He already has a marriage license for me & him that lasts for 60 days. Is this phukked up or what???Can he do this???

Ok to be honest with you your bf has a problem if he's already applied for a marriage license and then wants to up and marry someone he barely knows. Real love doesnt work like that and if anything he's in lust more than love. If he had second thoughts he should have told you something before applying for a marriage license with you. He wasted your time by doing this because he's the one in the wrong for not telling you he changed his mind. You deserve better and there's too many good and nice guys out there who are not that immature and shady and will treat you the way you deserve to be treated like a queen.

I don't think its f**** up but more of a blessing in disguise. I know it hurts and I know that you may have been serious with every intent of spending the rest of your life with him but be very grateful you found out now. Lots of women find out years later after going thru a messy divorce that their husbands were not serious to begin with.
Be grateful you did not have a wedding with this man (should you choose to call him that).
It wasn't meant to be with him and you have been blessed with finding out before it got really ugly.
Your real man will marry you one day and you will be very happy . You just haven't met him yet. Be patient. While you are getting ready for him (think someone not good for you is exiting your life so your real man can come into your life) God is making him ready as well so that you will be prepared for one another.
In terms of the legal, since you did not get married you shouldn't have anything to worry about. A marriage license mainly states that two people intend to and have a legal right to marry. But if those people do not go on to marry then the license does not hold weight.

A marriage license is a way for the state you live in to earn money - I think it's nothing but a money sapping "document." It is not "marriage" and you don't need a divorce. The "license" is completed and filed with the state vital statistics department by whomever marries the couple AFTER the couple of married. Frankly, it means nothing.
I would thank my lucky stars that you found the truth out about him now as opposed to after you were married!
He could be having real cold feet, changed his mind and this is the only "mature" way he can figure out to call off the wedding.

You can probably tell by the tremendous number of answers in a short time that your question generated a lot of surprise. I do not know how old you and your boyfriend are but I can tell you that he is not only mentally deranged for wanting to marry someone that he does not even know (the woman online), but emotionally immature for not being able to commit to one woman and behaving in such a rude way toward you.
I agree with others that are telling you "dump this jerk". Your pride is hurt by his treatment of you, but thank heaven you did not marry this crazy person. Don't try to talk him out of this, just run, don't walk, to get away from him and safeguard your own life and feelings. There are lots of "sane" guys out there (well, some anyway). Find one of them!
His behavior is just amazing - thank your lucky stars you did not marry him - you cannot have a successful marraige with a child (maturity issue) or a crazy person, and he seems to be both.

Well he has to get a new marriage license. If he got it for you and him then he probably has to get a new one with the other woman's name on it.
He is a big a hole! You should be glad he did this before he married you because divorce is expensive! Just be glad you are done with this loser! Pack up your things and move far away from him and never talk to him again, even if he tries to come back to you later!

It is better you found out now before you were married. It sounds like he is still on the prowl and not really ready for marriage. marriage has a lot of ups and downs and he is already running out! that should tell you something. You deserve someone that loves just you and treats you the way you deserve to be treated. count your blessing and move on. It will hurt but do you really want to deal with a person that is willing to throw away everything for someone he just met?Not healthy. and yes he can do this he just needs a new one they may make him wait it out and he may come to his senses but with what you know now do you want to go there? I wish you the best and know someone will come along and you will mean the world to them and that is what you deserve!

I doubt he wants to marry this woman after just meeting her online today.. hes probably just trying to back out of this marriage and is looking for an excuse. My advice to you is let him back out! You dont want to be married to a guy that cant own up to something this serious.

Please for the love of God, tell me that you are joking! If not I am sorry that he has hurt you this way. It's better to know now than later that you can not trust your heart to this man. I will pray that you receive the right person for you because he was not. He can however, annul your marriage because you two have only been married for one week. You deserve better and you will have better. Remember, Karma is a mother and he will get his.

Yes he can marry her. I know your feelings are probably hurt, but it is better that you end it with him now than later. He probably just wasn't ready for marriage to begin with and is just using this as a cop out so that you think he is marrying someone else so you can leave him and he can be "free".

I would say you are lucky you found out what a creep he is before you married him.
Can he do this? I don't know, I guess you will find out when he goest to get the other license.
