Well... The "value" of any currency is what counts. Mexicans in Mexico can have as minimum wage, let's say $8 Euros an hour....If that happens Mexico will be receiving Immigration from all over the world again.

Well, there's a fact here. Peso isn't the Euro, Euro isn't the USD, USD isn't the Yen, Yen isn't the Euro, and Euro isn't the Peso. And what if Mexico starts using the Euro as its main currency? Is the Euro going to help Mexico with its public and foreign debts? Is it going to increase living standard? Last time I checked, El Salvador, Honduras, and Panama are using the USD as its main currency...has anything changed? --I don't think so--

p.s. The implementaion of a new monetary policy goes far beyong economics itself.

Actually teh Euro had made life really expensive for Europeans. Also it had slowed down their job market (they hardly have one) bc all of their goods and services are so expensive. They also are depopulating slowly and won't have enough funds for their pensions. How much have you read about Europe? They would love to come over here.

That's pretty far from happening if U.S. doesn't quit intervening in other countries politics. For this "balance" to happen the industries have to benefit the host country, not the United States.
