my mom is always emarssing me so bad!i love her and all its just that shes embarrasing i mean i 20 not 2 she still takes out those baby bathtub pics when i meet a new guy and stuff!!!!what should i do?

Dont wrry my moms like tht 2 she goes out of her way to embras me. But lets face it its ur mom u'll never be able 2 get rid of her no matter how hard u try so heres my advice: sit down and talk to ur mom mayby ovr some hot chocolate and tell her u love her and u wish u cood stay her little girl 4 ever but u hav 2 grow up and find ur own way thru life and tht she shood give u some space and ask u b4 she shows any embrassing pics

I have been in those shoes as have most of the other females in this world im sure and yea there were a few times i wished those pictures would just "poof" but, that never happend. Your mom probably doesnt realize how that makes you feel. Maybe its time she knows before anymore pictures or stories show up. You might be her little girl still in her eyes but, your a 20 year old women with feelings as you had when you were 2..

Deal with it dear!!!!! My daughter got very angry with me when I did that, what she had forgotten were the thousand times she had embarrassed me , like i believed in letting her wear her own style and boy did she have some strange periods before she leveled out and dressed acceptable. And she was always making big mistakes and I stood up for her I had earned the right to show those pictures and I did just that . Now she has a beautiful little girl and she will probably do the same thing it is just a phase we parents must go thru.

Obviously she doesn't want to see her baby grow up, and is playing the part of the over-involved mom to turn guys away from you. But that's just GROSS. You really should sit her down and explain how embarrassed you are. Now that you're over 18, she has little, if any, standing in your social life.

moms can be very embarrassing but they do it out of love and in some parts trying to hold on to their old lil girl. Try to talk to your mom and tell her rationally what your problem is. She will understand I am sure. Though when I had this problem I rolled with it and many times played back and made it all a big jok.

You just have to get used to her. Getting rid of the picture wont help you it will just hurt her. Talk to her and really make her understand how you feel. If this doesnt work tell her you wont introduce her to your next boyfriend.

Tell her to stop and say it with a tone that she cannot mistake. Do it when the two of you are alone. If you don't live with her tell her that if she cannot respect your feelings then you will start staying away from her. I would.

burn the pics. lol! have a heart to heart about it. find out why she does this. she probably just afraid ur growing up too fast. in the meantime, avoid bringing ur guy over!
