Whats wrong with my media player and how can i fix it?

Question

Everytime i try to rip music from my CDs, my windows media player tells me that itS unable to do so becuz it lacks a "resizer thingamagigy watchamacallit".

ive already tried installing a new media player and other programs for riping music but they all have the same problem. (exept for iTunes, but iTunes rips it as an MP4 and i dont want that)

HELP ME PLSSS!!!!!!!

Never heard of that problem. I would update the Media player
