I went into a deli yesterday to get a sandwich and there was a sexy woman standing there behind the counter. "Can I help you," she asked. I started to order, I think too fast, because winked at me and said to me, "Go easy on me, you're my first time!" wtf?? The manager then came over and she said, "Yeah, she's new and you're her first one." I was a little flustered and I wasn't sure if I should continue with the double entendres, what would you have done?

Hello,
That was really cute, she was trying to have fun with you. You should have asked her what kind of meat she likes. Or "Is everything cold or do you have anything hot here?" Then you could ask her if she could give you something delicious "to go." Or ask if it would be possible to have something delivered. Then give her your name, address, & phone number. Never know, it could turn into something. If not, at least you still have a sexy deli server for a friend.
Good luck! :)

It was indeed a sexual innuendo and her wink made it as such and if it made you feel uncomfortable you should have mentioned it right there and then, that you were not impressed with her choice of words. Supposedly, there is zero tolerance for sexual harrassment in any and all forms and her boss should have known that and she should have reprimanded her for it. Chances are that since she's gotten away with pulling that on you "her first time", what's to stop her from continuing this way and doing this to other customers. Her dirty comment was off the cuff, caught you off guard! Worse yet, her boss backed her up! I would have nipped the problem in the bud there and then. I think I would have walked away feeling that if they must be piggish, they are unworthy of serving me my food. We all need to be careful of what we say at work. There should be no double standards. No tolerance.

LOl! Remember - you were ordering food- not a hot side dish- sometimes humor is used to lighten up the tension- and her manager went along w it- So she was sexy- maybe that through you off- enjoy your sandwich- and her first time-relax- D

No I don't think that she meant anything sexual by it. As the manager stated it was her first time at the counter. She was nervous and it may have come out the wrong way. Or you may be hyper sensitive. No biggy. It happens, give the girl a break. Good day

She didnt mean anything sexual. She just meant that you were her first customer. She was just teasing with you when she said 'go easy on me.' she just wanted you to slow down. you could have still made your order. if i was a guy, or if the woman was a sexi guy i would play along. She and her manager were just playing a joke.

You were her very first customer and did not want to mess up. You should not have tried to order the double entendres. I don't see how that conversation was sexual.

There is no need to think too much about it. It is apparent that this is the gal's first job at the counter. It cannot be that the manager is supportive about advances (if they actually were).
Noted you call her a "sexy woman", so it was your perceptions which coloured your judgment.
Nice sharing, though..

It sounds to me that the woman was nervous and, said something stupid (exploiting herself)...and, then the manager continued with exploiting her (to make her feel comfortable)...
I would have just let it go...
if it happens again thats another story...(do u like going to the deli)...that counts as well...
take care

I would have gone on with the sexy talk but if you felt uncomfortable with her, you should of said well then please send over someone who is more experienced and professional or just said never mind I will go someplace with some more class. You are the customer you deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and you should never feel uncomfortable.
