The burning pee could be from a change in your liquid intake, such as excessive amounts of sweet drinks, tea, or coffee. You also may be ejaculating too much as the other guy said. The red poop could be indicative of an intestinal bleed, which is very bad and if it gets worse could cause you to bleed to death. Definitely go see your doctor, you may need an endoscopy to evaluate the cause of the red poop and the sooner the better on that one.

These are two unrelated things but you need to get each of them checked out by the doc. Burning with urination is a sign of a possible bladder infection and you will want to get this checked out at the docs before it causes further problems. You mentioned your feces being red and this could be a number of things. If it is red as in blood in the stool then see a doc ASAP but if it is just red after you eat something red such as beets or whatever then you are fine. If it is red all the time I would get this checked out very soon.

Burning with urniation may be a sign of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) or STD. You should see your doctor.
Is your poop red because of blood or just in color? If it is red with blood, you may have hemmorhoids (if there is blood on the toilet paper when you wipe - but only a small amount.) If there is lot of blood after you go, you could have some bleeding in your colon or rectum. You should see your GP or a Gastrointestinal doctor as soon as possible.

Painful urination is a sign of U.T.I. URINARY TRACT INFECTION, FIRST PAINFUL URINATION; SUCH AS BURNING, CAN INCREASE IN PAIN, CLOUDY URINE. NOW IF YOUR BOWEL MOVEMENTS ARE RED AS IN BRIGHT RED BLOOD, YOU COULD HAVE A INTERNAL HEMORRHOID. BUT FOR SAFETY SAKE ANYTIME YOU HAVE BRIGHT RED BLEEDING VIA THE BOWEL. YOU NEED TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. SUCH AS YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.
