That defintiely sounds like a pinched nerve. A few years back I had a pinched nerve and for days I was trying to figure out what the shock through my body was so I went to a doctor it was a pinhced nerve. What you describe sounds exactly like a pinched nerve. The best thing would be to talk to a doctor, confirm it is a pinched nerve, and your docto will tell you the best way to deal with it, as there are many methods to choose from.

If you have never hit your crazy bone and had that experience, it is easy to recognize this when it hits somewhere else. You have some impingement in the lower neck to involve the brachial plexus.. and from your further explanation, you also have a pretty bad problem in the upper neck also, if you are having same sensations there.. This becomes a little more far reaching in effect. This involves the cranial nerves and involves another part of the nervous systems. It can create many more symptoms.

This is not an unusual case for a doctor of chiropractic.

If by 'electrical' you mean a tingling sensation, it is probably a pinched nerve. A massage would help.

Might be a nerve, or a disc. Go to the doctor, it might even be your back , and causing sensations throughout the body.
Best thing is to see your doctor, then take it from there.

male or female?

if your female - could be a heart attack. for some reason (i just learned this) females heart attack symptoms are a bit different than males. and your symptoms go along with that.

GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND GET CHECKED. it's not worth waiting and losing your life. better safe than putting your family through sorrow.
