Side bends will develop lower back muscles on either side of the spine. Try this one, ok, first check with your doctor be for attempting any exercises to be sure you are in shape to do so. Stand with feet about one foot apart, with one arm over the head reaching over and down towards opposite side where other arm hangs down at side, inhale fully, then as you exhale bend to the side with arm hanging downward, as much as you can while reaching down with hand on same side past the knee if you can. Also side trunk twists develop back and slim waist. Use the weight bar, it's about 15lbs. hook it in your elbows, holding it behind your back and twist from side to side

What you have is a very good body, but no self esteem.. No one has that "perfect" look, they only have better photographers and airbrushes... At 68" and 125 lb, in good tone; most men, i am sure, look at least twice! if you must , do deep knee bends with weights till your muscles burn twice a week, alternate with aerobic exercises twice a week, jog twice, rest once..

yes, eat something, you are underweight. of course you think you look toned, you have no fat on your body.at 5'8" you are SUPPOSED to weigh 140lbs. looking emaciated is may be the 'in' thing, but its not healthy. you want your back to lookin shape, put on some weight, so you can see the muscles under it.
