It almost feels as if my kidneys are cramping really bad after I sneeze, I have to rub my sides to relieve the cramping

Your kidneys could be giving you the message that you are not drinking enough water. It is detrimental to your kidneys to deprive yourself of the recommended daily amount of water. Another thing is drinking alcohol in excess, this is very bad for your kidneys and could cause them to cramp up like that.

try drinking more liquids ...like juice or water ...you got cramps there because they might be dehydrated ....you should be drinking a gallon of water a day honey...
