Does this controller http://www.ar.com.au/~softmark/page44.html have inputs for a rotary encoder? I want to use this USB stepper motor controller with rotary encoders like this..

http://www.ar.com.au/~softmark/page44.html

Would this work? or would I need a different controller? Or something to work in conjunction with this controller?

Also.. what kind of power supply would I need with the USB stepper motor controller?

Any help would be great!

The manual had opened just recently, so you might want to keep trying. Thanks for our help.

I checked out the site, but the manual wasn't available. It looks like the controller has outputs for three motors, and an input for the power supply. I don't know what the voltage is. The encoder would probably need a separate board as there does not seem to be an input on that board for them.
