All guys like that, not just the "hot" ones. Guys are very visual, that means they are turned on by what they see.

It's not just "hot guys" that are that way...it's all men. We are visually stimulated. That's why pornographic material is mostly directed at men.
I can only assume that you are asking this because you are not the type that can or would wear such clothing. Don't worry, not all the guys worth having haven't learned that the wrapping doesn't tell you anything about what's inside. Some of us look past the cover, because that is truly the important part.

you have made generalized the male sex in a very derogative way. i dont know who you see that makes you feel this way but not all guys think the way. sure, appearance is the first we notice, but that's not the important thing. but how else are we supposed to be attracted to someone if we don't know them. but honestly, at least for me, after meeting a girl, the most important thing is personality and that she is true to herself. she doesnt try to be someone else. as said before though, the first thing guys do see is appearance and there's nothing you can do about it. and advice, don't generalize boy's the way you did, it could be offensive to some.

I don't think ALL hot guys like girls like that. Sure, they'll pay attention to girls like that, but a lot of guys don't take girls like that seriously. At least the guys I know don't. If they see a girl dressed like that, they'll all run to get a better look at her, say how hot she is, say some dirty things, then forget about her. It's the truly beautiful and/or interesting girls that actually stick in their minds.

because men are visual animals. they can't see anything past what they see so they look for the best show and assume that is the best offer.
no one will argue they are bright, just visual.

That's cuz guys fall in love with their eyes first. If u get wat im saying....well 99.5% of the guys are lyk that. I mean they think it's hot when the wind blows!!!
