I'm a 15 year old girl and i always wash my face with dove soap.It used to work great but now my forhead gets to dry,and if i moisturerize it, my nose gets too oily. I dont have any pimples except on my nose which is very rare. Facial products confuse me and i have no idea what to get, can anyone give me advise on what products that would help my sitution?, and i can buy anything to pricey.

i use 10 0 6 its a pore cleanser

i also use clearasil face cream for my acne

or use differin (only by prescription)

or just take a warm towel every morning and night and wipe your face with it (sometimes you can put just a splash of rubbing alcohol on it for more cleaner affects)(after washing it with soap) and then take an ice cold towel and go over it... it basically kills the germs and then the cold towel freezes pores shut do it for about 3-4 weeks and but clearasil should work in 3 days but that is just to remove acne nothing to prevent it from happening

Any Olay moisturizers. I've tried sooooo many products, and those by Olay are the only ones that seem to have instant and long-lasting effects. By the way, stop washing your face with soap, start using a facial bar like the one Neutrogena makes. You will notice a BIG difference when you do.

Always use a good cleanser and moisturizer....use at least morning and evening....Mary Kay has a good basic skin care line for younger skin and Clean and Clear is also good....don't use anything harsh...if you have dry skin so use a cleanser and moisturizer for dry skin... www.marykay.com......clean and clear is about $4 or so a piece for moisturizer and cleanser and the mary kay products are about $10 a piece but it works very well and last for about 2 months!!

try Clean and Clear's by Johnson and Johnson for their moisturizer. It shouldn't leave your skin oily or greasy at all.

Also, I think you need to change your face wash, maybe go in for something that is ideal for combined skin types.

invest in a good cleanser - i like anything by Nivea - and use morning and night. also moisturise every night - with a decent moisturiser like olay or garnier.
