What's a cute way I can ask a guy to sadies?

he's just a friend though so it can't be too gushy.

also, how can you tell if a guy likes you more than a friend? I like him as more, and i asked him last year if he liked me and he said no. I'm hoping he's changed since then, how can i find out without destroying our friendship?

Make him a little cake (a cookie cake would be cute). Then, write "will you go to the dance with me?" in icing. That would be really cute! and the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. lol

As for how to tell if he likes you, you will just know. If a guy likes you, he will let you know...guys are pretty easy. So if he said he didn't like you last year, he probably feels the same this year. I'm sorry but you should probably move onto someone who will return you affection. It'll save you a lot of heartache in the end.

see the kind of reaction you get from him.
Q How does he look at you?
A Is it as you would a friend or is there that spark in his eye?

Q Who usually initiates contact, like texting, calling, etc.?
A. If its him he is into you.

QWhat does he say about other women? Does he just mention them or does he come to you for advice about them?
A If it is the first then you are in with a shout, if its the later then you stand no chance.

answer to yr second question..
do u see him starring at u? does he like to hang out with u a lot? is there ever some of that minor physical contact between u two? these are usually good signs.
