I think we should have stopped with the beer-in-a-bottle, and just ripped the bread off the loaf, and given the soap to the French.

Well home made bread of course. Sliced bread only came out when it was sold in stores and not nearly as good as right out of the oven steaming hot dripping with home churned butter and home canned preserves. Holy crap that sounds sooooo good.

how about loaves a bread? and then maybe they found out slicing it makes it easier to eat?
