no fish is not poisonous to dogs, unless it is spoiled.
Any new food introduced into a dogs diet can give a dog a tummy ache.
My lab loves salmon, and tuna, every time we have it, I grill a piece for her ( no spices on her's please)
I also give her grizzly salmon oil ( a food supplement for dogs) for her coat/skin, and her joints, she loves it.

No. But sharp fish bones can be dangerous.
Also, wild salmon and similar fish, if uncooked, can carry a microorganism harmful to dogs. If untreated, this illness can be fatal. This disease is called salmon poisoning. Cooked salmon is okay.

Any kind of food besides dog food can make a dog sick. Dogs digestive system isn't designed to digest things like we can. So just stick with the dog food

I don't think its necessarily poisonous but probably not the best thing to feed a dog. I tried to give my dog fish once and he dropped it and then tried to roll over and rub himself all over it. I don't think he liked it but it was stinky and he tried to get the sent on his body. I wouldn't advise giving it to a dog but it probably would not hurt him.
