Yea any severe diet at that young can do permanent damage to body. Just cut down on little snacks may be but nothing crazy.

if you go on an extreme diet at such a young ageyou an do permanent damage. right now is when your body is growing, and when it needs certain nutrients. if you're going to diet, eat a balanced diet.
also exercising at a young age especially for girls (this isn't some anti feminisim posting this is scientifically backed) can have negative effects also. i did tae bo, martial arts, some running at your age and i'm fine. my other friends who were reallly really dedicated swimmers (i'm talking about training) wound up with broad shoulders and other things. these aren't problems per se, but i know a lot of women don't want it.
jsut moderate your diet, and put in light exercise. nothing too serious. remember you're young and your hormones are still regulating themselves so you might be heavier at times, but it won't last forever.

If you are an active person who enjoys walking and sport, try walking at a brisk pace for 45 minutes a day. Walking burns fat, running burns sugar ok. If this is you, eat wholegrain foods, pasta rice (carbohydtrates) etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Definitely DON'T go on a diet, it scews up your metabalism unless directed by your doctor. Try walking with friends and family to help boost confidence and motivation. Stick to the healthy peramid eating plan and you will be fine. Don't overdo yourself, could make you very sick. I know from experience, was very stupid of me but i ignore peer pressure now. It's healthier to lose 1 pound a week, and it will also stay off easier. One way to start losing weight is to lay off on the sugar. Read labels and check out the nutrtition with your mom. Replace unhealthy snacks such as chips with carrot sticks, or fruit. Instead of getting fried chicken eat grilled skinless chicken. However, on occassion you may eat those foods you have banned. But... remember to stay active and you'll be fine. =)

Ya, just run baby, run. Join the cross country team or run track. Some of the most successful people in the country probably ran track over any of the typical jock sports.

just exercise nad eat healthy loads of vegetables and fruits.Don't worry u r going to get a growth sprut and everything will be ok.Try not to eat and sit right away especially at nght.

you dont have to lose weight, just exercise and eat healthy. all that you need to do is to is tone. do crunches jog or run like you do eat vegetables and fruits and that is all that you need to do. you arent fat and you dont NEED to lose 10 pounds, if you want just exercise and eat right. thats all.
