Almost every guy that I have liked for the past few years has been a bad boy. I have gotten my heart broken by players, I've went out with two different guys in gangs ( I didn't know at the time), and I can't say much for my current crushes because they are in gangs also and they smoke weed. Lets get this straight. I am a good girl, I have never been in trouble in school, I am a good student,I have never done drugs or anything illegal, and I have a good head on my shoulders for the most part. My only problem is that I am attracted to the bad boys and thats not good. What should I do?

Dee: You make reference to yourself as, "I am a good girl". Opposites attract and you are involved with the "bad" guy. Have you ever, noticed that you had this tendency to hang out with people (girl friends) who were in trouble or "bad" ? When you were younger, did you play being a nurse, police woman or anything like that ? I think that you have a "urge" to help people in trouble and are drawn (attracted) to "bad" boys to "save" them ? Be careful though. Because with "bad" boys comes bad times - be fore warned ! You can go to your school counsellor, family Doctor, or church Pastor for advice. Good luck to you !!!

bad boys are sooooo much funnnnerrrrr!!!! But in all honesty try hanging out with a crowd that does not indulge with gang and drug relations. You can find a boy that is just as fun without all the baggage.

Sounds to me like you do this because deep down you are a little rebelious and want to try things on the otherside of the fence for a while. But now that you've tried it, and know what it feels like, move on and start looking in other directions. You may be surprised to find other guys out there better suited for you once you take the time to look.

I knew gang members and people who smoked weed and sold it...but never did it my self...you need to hang out at different areas to meet different boys....Church...local library...

You have learned to condition yourself into enjoying their lifestyle. You find it pleasurable. You need to take a hard look at yourself and what motivates you. The only way you are going to break the habit is by learning to see the value in "good boys." Intelligence. Responsibility. Caring. Good credit. Loyalty. all that stuff.

i can't believe that you didn't know that some of these guys are in gangs? when was the last time a gang member wore conservative clothes? you know they are, you just didn't want to admit you were attracted to another gang member. you probably are unhappy with your "good girl" image and being with these tough guys makes you feel tough too.
