is condensed milk thick like pudding?

No, it's thick and sticky but it isn't as thick as pudding. It's also denser than pudding.

It can be thick and almost a pudding consistency. Is it really really sweet and delicious? If yes then that is what you have condensed milk the other is evaporated.

Condensed milk is milk with the water removed and sugar added and called condensed sweetened milk. Evaporated milk juust has the water removed with no sweetener added. Both are thicker than regular milk because of lack of the water content.
