no not really but yes on some people shaving your legs makes your hair grow faster, and no not thicker but they grow back black instead of blond and are definitely more noticeable. and no that is not impossible. i started to shave my legs when i was 8 or 9 and now i have to shave them at least once if not twice a day, because a rasior can only get so close to your skin with out cutting you. their for it seems to go faster because you cannot shave all the hair off. i have been shaving for 11 years. sorry i dont have any web site to to prove my answer.

The hair doesn't necessarily grow thicker after shaving. The original hair is an older hair that comes from a follicle that is used to producing hairs in cycles in its own pace. When you shave a hair.. you cut the edge bluntly and it is that increase of edge that you see. It may seem to grow faster but all hair grows at pretty much the same pace- 1/4 to 1/2 inch a month.

No. It may seem to be the case because stubble feels thicker than regular leg hair, and is much coarser to the touch than hair that has fully grown in, but the characteristics of your leg hair do not change based on taking a razor to them.
Another reason people might think it to be the case is that they start shaving their legs as teenagers, when their hair is very fine and light, and now that they're adults their hair is dark and coarse, and they think it's the consequence of shaving. It's not. It's just what happens when you age: the hair on your legs stops being peachfuzzy and gets darker and thicker.

You are correct. You've been listening to wive's tales. Scientifically the hair does not grow back faster or thicker or coarser. Still, there are so many stupid people out there that you will continue to hear this silly wive's tale your whole life. People start shaving when puberty begins. A natural progression from the onset of puberty to old age is an increase in hair and frequently a change in hair texture and color.

That's a common fallacy. Shaving has nothing to do with how the hair grows back, except that it is stubbly. Nothing about shaving changes the hair follicles themselves, to make them produce thicker hair or faster regrowth. An alternative to shaving might be to wax your legs or use a depilatory cream. The regrowth is not as stubbly, and you don't stand the danger of cutting yourself.

absolutely not. It was proven on a show i watched recently by a dermotologist. It is just the feeling of the shaved hair as opopsed to waxed hair removed at the roots, its cut ends make it feel thicker.

No. It may seem like it is growing thicker, but it's actually growing at a different angle, causing the "thicker" look.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9N5 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.
